Man has RAW ever gone down the drain without Chris Jericho, CM Punk, and Jeff Hardy around to keep things moving. No? Anyone still around these parts? I miss you guys and hope all is going well.
Whether you like it or you don’t like it: Learn to love it. Because it’s the best thing going today

I stopped watching Raw after the draft. Smackdown, on the other hand, is fantastic.
Before actually answer u i gotta say that i’m a 6 year proud raw fan!
but………..
the 09 draft as take out of raw all the raising superstars and all the ones who could change a bit the feuds!
Nowadays it’s always same old story: orton vs batista’n'hhh, cena vs show (they’r 3 year old feuds)
raw needs again a change, now it’s always the same old story
There are precious few of us left…not enough to sustain momentum, anyway.
I’ve just recently stopped watching RAW, actually…and for pretty much the same reasons:
- the show never progresses from week to week; you can skip a month and not miss a thing
- I’m sick to death of Legacy and their incompetence; what exactly makes Cody and DiBiase any different from Spirit Squad?
- On that note, Cody Rhodes is currently my least favourite wrestler. Something about him just rubs me the wring way…his four-days-of-acting-school facial expressions, his blandness in the ring, his 50s army brat haircut…I don’t like him. Nope.
- I know she’s an IWC darling, but Vickie Guerrero is a channel changer in my house.
- What Ken Said: the match quality has seriously suffered since the draft. (Nice unintentional alliteration, no?)
- RAW actually suffers from being the “A” show once in a while. It’s where they show the worst of the worst of their skits, from Rosey and Donald, to Vince and “Enis.” I made a point of tuning in for the Denver Debacle Show…it quickly turned into an exhibit in the “Why We’re Embarassed to be Wrestling Fans Museum.” That would be a fun post, actually.
I vastly prefer Smackdown and Impact these days. ECW still comes on Fridays at midnight, so I’ve seen it approximately three times (ever), thus I don’t have an opinion. Sounds good, though.
Nice to see you alive and kicking, Ken. Where you been?
Ken!
Good to see you back. Any suggestions for ways that we could bribe you to do a Slammiversary review?
Ken! Indeed.
