With the trade deadline, 11 people switched brands and, boy, I was wrong about everything.
I don’t know why everyone’s — in the spoilers — saying that Christian was buried here. He is one of the final three in a 45-minute long match, and is truly holding his own against Booker T and JBL, and has OUTLASTED Taker and Benoit (oh, and Hassan) — AND got the pin against [...]
WWE had its financial conference call today. Here’s some notes, all taken from the Observer, although you can hear this for yourself at WWE.com (go to “Financial Updates” and there’s a conference call link below “Quarterly Results”). Thought some of you would be interested in hearing this, from Dave Meltzer’s perspective of course: [...]
On PWInsider.com today, Mike Johnson and Buck Woodward went through all of the Hell in a Cell matches, trying to rank them. Here they are in order, but this could be a fun discussion…

Plus it looks like “RAW is ECW” with RVD’s debut, and all of the “shoot comments” in the Flair and Cabana segments, and backstage with “Marty Jannetty? Isn’t he in jail” and “Kevin Nash would tear a hamstring picking up the phone” …
I like the three-man announce [...]
Man, what an absolute blowaway show. As great as Angle and Michaels were, Batista and Triple H just completely stole the show tonight. Violent, brutal, bloody, and classic, as far as I’m concerned. Some of the most believable near falls I’ve seen in a long time, and definitely the best match of Dave’s career. Big [...]
